Create My market’s mobile app and engage consumer with a strategic mobile marketing plan.

The Answer
Based on research insights, we developed the “My market App” aiming at offering valuable help to our customer’s everyday life, while providing easiness and flexibility! The app runs in both iOS and Android mobile devices. And it’s packed with helpful features such as:

  • Store locator Specials sections – featuring the biweekly deals brochure.
  • Extra deals – Deals running on specific stores are available to registered users.
  • Shopping list
  • QR Barcode Scanner - By scanning the barcode of a product it can be added to a specific shopping list
  • Offers Brochure
  • Smart Living – Based on special occasions, depending on the timing of the deals, we gave the consumer the opportunity to provide for life moments
  • “Tipakia” - Special tips section with short video stories

The Result
In less than 3 months, more than 15,000 people downloaded the app. The rating of the app had a total score of 4.8 stars in the app store. During these 3 months, the visits were more than 62,000, while the unique screen views were over 304,000! The average time spent on the app was an astounding 8mins 43secs! More than 3,200 lists were created.
