Proposal

The objective was to create an interactive experience for Heineken that connected customers directly with the brand. By designing a mobile app and in-store installation, we aimed to enhance customer engagement, boost in-store foot traffic, and create an innovative way to interact with the product through redeemable offers.

Concept

We developed an interactive in-store installation for Heineken, where customers could scan QR codes using a custom-built mobile app to redeem exclusive offers, such as "1+1" beer promotions. The installation visualized a shelf of Heineken products, offering a unique, tech-driven experience that increased footfall by 35% and boosted beer consumption by 20%, reinforcing customer loyalty and engagement.
